LEAD TIME

  • For QUICK SHIP Reception Desk call!

  • The lead time on  orders is approximately 8 weeks 

  • On Quick Ship orders lead time is approximately 1 - 2 weeks

  • We ship within the continental USA & Canada

  • FREE Shipping on orders $2500 or over 

  • Shipping fees will be calculated at order processing

DELIVERY

Receive Commercial /Curb side delivery.

Curb Side Delivery provides delivery of your good(s) to the curb at the end of driveway.  

This does not include set up or assembly of items or removal of packaging materials.

ASSEMBLY & installation

A generic assembly instruction outline is included for each product/collection.   

Crates, packaging material removal is the responsibility of the purchaser. 

For large office projects, we work together with companies that can deliver, install and remove all packaging of your new office furniture.  2nd party delivery charges are not included and will be billed on final invoice.  

MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY

All furniture products - 5 years

Electrical components and fabrics - 2 years

*Please note: MODOFIZE doesn't have and doesn't offer any warranty on the products we sell as we do not design/produce/manufacture any items.

Manufacturer warranty void in case:  

  • If you chose to do your own assembly we do not take on any responsibility for any damages that may occur.

  • Improper maintenance or improper use resulting damages

  • Dissatisfaction due to buyer's remorse.

  • Improper use or maintenance that results in damage.

Your order will be shipped on a skid.  Larger orders via crate and wrapped for extra protection!

ORDER information

  • All orders are final sale!

  • Upon receiving your order, we will send a follow up email with a 3D image of the product/s you have purchased.

  • We do not typically send updates, however if there is any information that we receive from the manufacturer regarding your order we will send it to you.

  • Once your order arrives in North America, we will be in contact to inform you of its arrival, to confirm your delivery information and a tracking number will be provided.

  • For delivery to an installer, we will provide them with the delivery information and we will arrange your delivery appointment.

  • All orders must be accepted. 

  • We do not accept damaged furniture.  A claim must be filed.

  • We do not accept any furniture that maybe buyer's remorse.
